Kraft’s Private Fleet is responsible for the execution of Kraft transportation services. The Fleet operates terminals across the U.S. while delivering over 1,500 hundred shipments per week. The Private Fleet plays a vital role within the Supply Chain with nearly sixty percent of the shipments handled between plant, buffer, and mixing center locations. In addition to internal movements, the Fleet handles over six hundred weekly deliveries to Kraft customers. The Private Fleet is often the "Go-To" carrier for customer service purposes and/or difficult to procure lanes. The Fleet proves to be a great barometer within the transportation department with both strategic and tactical benchmarking capabilities.

Kraft Foods Private Fleet Requirements:

 Must be 21 years of age -
Must have 2 years driving experience
-
No preventable accidents in the last 2 years
-
No more than 1 moving violation in the last 3 years
-
Satisfactory completion of Kraft Foods background screen
-
High school diploma or GED required
