Air Liquide Company Driver Pay

• The average pay range for an Air Liquide Driver is $50,000 to $70,000 per year! This will vary according to types of runs and work performance.
• Solo drivers are home daily.
• Team drivers will have longer runs.
• Quarterly performance bonus.
• Yearly “goal share” bonus.
• Safety incentives.
• 1-week company paid classroom training.
• HMO and 2 levels of PPO are available. (85% of medical, dental, and vision insurance is company paid)

Air Liquide Company Driver Requirements

• Minimum age of 25.
• Minimum of 3 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience. (candidates with 2 years experience plus driving school will be considered)
• Hazardous Material and Tank Trailer endorsements are required. (Hazmat can be obtained after employment begins)
• No DWI or DUI restrictions in the last 7 years.
• Clean driving record for the past 3 years is required.
• No felony restrictions allowed.

Each terminal services a facility that produces our products so distribution coverage is within a certain radius of the terminal.

Drivers should reside within a reasonable driving distance from the terminals.
