WP Coffee Co. Will Distribute Coffee Through Vistar Corp. WP Coffee Co., which manufactures and markets Wolfgang Puck Coffee, will offer its coffee service products to coffee service operators through private carrier Vistar Corp. nationwide with the exception of the California and Texas markets, where the company offers its products to select coffee service operators on an exclusive basis. The distribution arrangement marks a change in the company's distribution strategy, noted Don Stoulil, company partner.

WP Coffee Co. has marketed coffee service products to office coffee service operators for the last year and a half, but has only sold to select operators on an exclusive market basis. Stoulil said the company decided to offer products to the general trade in most market due to the difficulty the company encountered trying to manufacture, market and distribute the product given its limited resources. The company will soon offer eight fractional packs, 2-pound bags and coffee pods through Vistar Corp. In the near future, the company will also offer a branded pod brewer that will be designed to brew its proprietary coffee pods.
