Vistar Corporation Buys Assets of Luna Vend Distributing

DENVER, February 18, 2005 -- Vistar Corporation, one of America's leading distributors of food products and related supplies for the vending-related and foodservice industries, today announced that it has acquired certain assets of Luna Vend Distributing.

The combined company will continue to distribute candy, snack items and office coffee products to the vend industry from its Miami and Orlando facilities.
