TruServ Canada Cooperative Inc. and Delroc Industries Ltd. announce Supply Agreement

(Winnipeg, MB, February, 2004) -TruServ Canada and Delroc Industries Ltd. are pleased to announce the formation of a Wholesale Supply Agreement. This newly formed affiliation will offer both organizations the opportunity to grow by providing Delroc Members access to TruServ Canada products and programs under a group arrangement versus each store joining the TruServ Canada organization individually. Ongoing consolidation within the hardware supply industry has narrowed the supplier base. The need to provide an alternative source of product was a driving factor in this partnership. TruServ Canada and Delroc Industries Ltd. can take advantage of many synergies. TruServ Canada has two strategically located Distribution Centres; one in Winnipeg, MB and a second in Kitchener, ON to service stores across Canada on a weekly basis. TruServ Canada currently supplies 4 Delroc Group locations. TruServ Canada Cooperative Inc. is a 100% Canadian retailer-owned cooperative with member stores across Canada operating under the banners of True Value Hardware, V&S Department Stores, V&S Opt!ons, Country Depot and Pet Junction.
