During an average week, SYSCO truck drivers will drive over 85,000 miles. They will also deliver over 65,000 cases per day to hundreds of foodservice establishments within the delivery territory. The majority of business is done on a next day delivery system. The customer orders one day and SYSCO delivers the next day; all the while working with perishable and temperature sensitive product.
