SUNOCO TO WEBCAST FOURTH QUARTER CONFERENCE CALL

(NYSE: SUN) said today that it will hold a conference call on Thursday, January 20 at 3:00 p.m. ET to discuss its fourth quarter 2004 earnings that will be released earlier that day. A replay will be available for ten days beginning approximately one hour following the completion of the call.
