Reyes Holdings Expands Significantly

Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. announced an agreement to acquire Reinhart Food Service, Inc., the largest independently owned broad line foodservice distributor in the upper Midwest region of the United States. Reinhart Food Service, based in LaCrosse, W isconsin, services a diverse customer base from 12 distribution centers covering 28 states. Reinhart Food Service will join the Reyes Holdings family of companies as a separate business unit.

With the addition of Reinhart Food Service, Reyes Holdings revenues in 2005 are projected to exceed $7 billion and its employee base will grow to over 6,500. Commenting on the proposed transaction, J.
