Reyes Holdings, LLC. was founded by Chris and Jude Reyes and their father Joseph Reyes in 1976. The Reyes brothers have carefully nurtured and developed the company, and Reyes Holdings LLC now ranks as the 30th largest privately held American company.
Reyes Holdings’ food service division, Martin-Brower, serves over 9,000 restaurants in the United States, Canada, and Latin America. Martin-Brower annually distributes 193 million cases of frozen, refrigerated and dry food items, paper products, bakery products, and toys to both franchise-operated and McDonald’s-owned restaurants. Reyes Holdings’ Martin-Brower, currently services approximately 42% of McDonald’s restaurants in the United States, 100% of McDonald’s Canadian restaurants, and approximately 50% of McDonald’s Latin American restaurants.
Martin-Brower operates fourteen distribution centers in the United States, eight distribution centers in Canada, and seven distribution centers in Latin America. Martin-Brower owns or leases a fleet of approximately 450 tractors, 770 trailers, and 60 trucks.
Reyes Holdings also organizes beverage distribution among a number of smaller, wholly owned companies. Collectively, these companies distribute 39 million cases of beer annually, positioning Reyes Holdings as the largest beer distributor in the United States. The beer businesses operate eight warehouses with sophisticated inventory management systems at each facility. Collectively, the warehouses have the capacity to store 4 million cases. Each warehouse supports a specific territory to which product is delivered on a daily basis. The beer businesses own a fleet of approximately 260 tractors, 300 trailers, 60 trucks, and 50 vans, which are used to service the sales routes.
