Gate Petroleum and McLane Grocery Distribution Sign Service Agreement

TEMPLE, TEXAS - (May 5, 2005) - Gate Petroleum, a leading convenience retailer since 1960 with convenience store locations throughout the southeastern United States and McLane Grocery Distribution have entered into a service agreement that extends through 2010.
