Supply Chain Systems Magazine Selects Land O Lakes as a 2002 Supply Chain Innovator For Its Use of The Nistevo Network

Nistevo's Web-based TMS honored for providing Land O'Lakes an effective solution for transportation management

MINNEAPOLIS - September 24, 2002 - Nistevo Corp., the leading Collaborative Logistics NetworkSM for transportation management, announced today that Supply Chain Systems Magazine has selected Land O'Lakes, a national, farmer-owned food and agricultural cooperative, as a 2002 Supply Chain Innovator for its use of Nistevo's Web-based transportation management system (TMS).

Land O'Lakes is one of three companies selected by Supply Chain Systems Magazine's editorial team to be highlighted in the publication's October 2002 issue as a Supply Chain Innovator and honored today at an awards ceremony in Chicago.

Land O'Lakes uses Nistevo's Web-based TMS to plan and execute its transportation, as well as provide visibility of its freight to its transportation managers and customer service representatives. Nistevo is a key component of the company's transportation strategy that will provide Land O'Lakes with savings on its freight costs this year. Currently, Land O'Lakes manages more than 19,000 shipments annually using Nistevo.
