Cardinal Health and Radiology Support Devices Announce Exclusive Worldwide Distribution Agreement

CLEVELAND, Ohio (June 17, 2004) — Cardinal Health, Inc. (NYSE: CAH), the leading provider of products and services supporting the health care industry, today announced an agreement with Radiology Support Devices (RSD) to become the exclusive worldwide distributor for RSD products through its Radiation Management Services business. RSD is a leading supplier of anthropomorphic phantoms and related products for Radiology, Radiation Therapy and Nuclear Medicine.
“We are particularly pleased because this new association will increase our sales and marketing reach through their distribution channels,” said Sam Alderson, president of Radiology Support Devices. “RSD will concentrate on many new product developments while Cardinal Health handles the sales and marketing.”
