2/21/2005 - Bunzl’s Top Gun recognition program for outstanding sales achievement has announced finalists for 2004 in the categories for Chairman’s Club, President’s Club and Circle of Excellence. Designed to reward outstanding efforts of top performers, the program is open to all commissioned and salaried sales representatives and sales managers who generate sales organically, with the exception of National Accounts. In addition, later this year, one winner each from the Eastern and Western divisions will be selected as the “Top Gun” for having achieved the largest dollar sales increase and largest dollar profit increase, as well as least average days receivables during the program, compared to the previous year.
Criteria for award categories are as follows:
• Chairman’s Club – awarded to sales representatives or sales managers with $15 million or more in annual sales, or more than $2 million per calendar year in new business with positive margin growth and sales over last year.
• President’s Club – awarded to sales representatives or sales managers with $10 million or more in annual sales, or more than $1 million per calendar year in new business with positive margin growth and sales over last year.
• Circle of Excellence – awarded to sales representatives or sales managers who increase sales by 10% year on year with positive margin growth and sales territory of $1 million.
According to Mark Brasher and Derek Goodin, Presidents of the Eastern Division and Western Division, respectively, Bunzl is fortunate to have the most talented and motivated sales and sales management representatives. Top Gun Club members are an elite group who are “the best of the best.”
