Discussions were held between Linde and the islands police to assess a route across the island from the port to the hospital for risks such as dangerous bends particularly as the drive included part of the islands famous TT motorbike course. The vessels, which were reprocessed by A1 Engineering, were driven to the island under police escort and craned in by a contractor.
The vessel and back-up at 225 hundred cubic metres (hcms) and 70 hcms respectively are twice the usual size at most mainland
