BlueLinx Corporation, America's largest building products distributor, is bringing a unique experience to the International Builders' Show, January 13-16, 2005, in Orlando, Florida. The company will unveil the BlueLinx Chopper, custom designed for BlueLinx by world famous Orange County Choppers (OCC).* The BlueLinx Chopper will be on display throughout the show at the BlueLinx booth (#W221) and OCC Founder Paul Teutul, Sr., as well as OCC designers Paul Teutul, Jr., Michael Teutul and Vinnie DiMartino will make appearances during the show.

In October 2004, BlueLinx challenged OCC to build a custom chopper that truly reflects BlueLinx's core qualities of innovation, attention to detail and speed to market. The OCC designers will be onsite at the BlueLinx booth from 10:30 am - 5:00 pm on January 14 and from 10:00 am - 3:30 pm on January 15 to meet show guests and sign autographs. They will also appear at a private Media Breakfast on January 15 from 9:00 to 9:30 am in the BlueLinx Suite -- 208C. Attendees will be given the opportunity to register to win a standard, "off-the-shelf" motorcycle built by OCC or one of 50 custom OCC leather jackets.

"We've achieved success by conducting business with substance and personality," says George Judd, BlueLinx president and COO. "Our partnership with OCC brings together two industry leaders, while doing something special for our customers and employees. The Chopper represents our great pride, pioneering culture and showcases the unsurpassed experience of doing business with BlueLinx."

Once the show concludes, the BlueLinx Chopper will travel America on a 15-month tour labeled the BlueLinx Open Road X-perience, with 375 stops in 200 cities. Stops will be made at many customer sites and BlueLinx offices nationwide.
