  • Hourly pay for local drivers – CPM pay for OTR
  • 2 - 3 days off a week
  • Average 1500 - 2000 miles per week. Longest run is about 36 hours, 174 weekly routes.
  • Relief OTR drivers make 1 cpm more than base pay

  • Relief local drivers make $.50 more than base pay

Jack in the Box® Driver Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Must have 2 years driving experience, food distribution experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • No more than 1 accident in the past 3 years, no fatal accidents
  • No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
  • No DUI or DWI violations
  • Felony convictions on a case-by-case basis - 10 year background check
